Happy Hour Tour '08
The 2008 SoCalCross Happy Hour Tour travels across Southern California and is both a FREE clinic and a celebration of cyclocross.  Each event meets at one of our Official SoCalCross Bike Shops at 5:30PM departing for a short warm up as we ride to a local park for a CX Mini Clinic covering basic CX techniques and racing tips including:  dismounts, remounts, run ups and race tactics.

We return to the shop at 7:00PM for Happy Hour Food and Drinks and a presentation on CX including latest CX bikes, equipment, videos, training tips and more about the Prestige Series... then end the night with a giveaway from our Happy Hour sponsors. Thanks to: Clif Bar, Fluid, Kool N Fit Sport, Figueroa Farms, CX Magazine, Voler and Willamette Valley Vineyards.

The SoCalCross Happy Hour Tour begins Monday, 9/8 at Banning's Bikes in Fullerton. After the presentation, head over to the Muckenthaler Cultural Center - get a preview off the first race of the Prestige Series and enjoy a screening of the classic film, Breaking Away at 9:00pm - admission to the film is only $5.00.

For the LA crowd, meet us at 5:30pm - Tuesday, 9/9 at Montrose Bike Shop for the second stop in our Happy Hour Tour.  Food, fun, friends… cyclocross!

The festivities continue throughout the month, including...
