The Earlybird Cycocross Ride & Happy Hour Tour

... a series of cyclocross practices and clinics from San Diego to San Luis Obispo!

August 13th through October 1st!

WEEKDAY HAPPY HOUR CLINICS: 5pm - 8:30pm

5:00 pm Check-in begins - CX Expo - latest greatest CX gear
5:30 pm Intro CX - CX basics, equipment, courses, race categories.  Drills: Dismount-remount, Barriers, Hill Run Ups, Race Tactics
6:30 pm Practice circuit on course (15 minutes)
7:30 pm Happy Hour Presentation Begins
8:30 pm Have a great evening!

WEEKEND MORNING CLINICS: 8am-12pm
8:00 am Check-in begins, Light Breakfast and Fresh Coffee, CX Expo - latest greatest CX gear
8:30 am Intro CX - Presentation CX deļ¬ned to include: CX basics, equipment, courses, race categories, USAC rules for 2008, CX race calendar.
9:00 am Guest Speaker: to include - Race experience, Training Tips, Typical Weekly Schedule, Q&A
9:30 am Drills: Dismount-remount, Barriers, Hill Run Ups, Race Tactics
10:30 am Practice circuit on course (30min)
11:00 am CX Team Relay (30 min)
11:30 pm Post race Q & A
12:00 pm Have a great day!
