Spooky Cross! The craziest cyclocross race you've ever seen!
PHOTOS By:FLUID  -- Commentary by Dot

The allure and magic of cyclocross is the BLEND of fun and fitness! We like to see how we finish in our pack and work each week to get better and closer to beating our competitors...

We put on our game faces!!!

Then its... game on!!!

And we hope (one day) to find ourselves atop the podium...

But the REAL allure of cyclocross is THE FUN!

Where we can let our inhibitions and worries of the day go away, and we do whatever it takes to have FUN!!! We support eachother and get to know new people each week... the season is so so "short (s)" (per the photo)!

And beverages are most important to our "recovery" and why the sport has survived for almost 100 years and gained world-wide popularity... rooted in Beglium... beer tents, cigars = PAR-TAY!!! Watching the racers brave the conditions in the name of entertainment!!!

Then we all go back to our jobs on Monday, banker, bus driver, doctor... reminiscing in our minds what a fun thing this "sport" of cyclocross is!!!
